Refund Policy
Build Your Own Watch provides a complete refund for unopened watch kits or kits that all of the component packages are unopened. We can not refund kits that have been opened or removed from their packaging. We can not refund custom work such as dial printing or buckles that are engraved, opened or unopened. Custom work is not refundable.

If any parts are damaged in shipping process please inform us immediately.

It is very easy to lose or break a piece while assembling your own watch. You can order replacement parts on the store at the Build Your Own Watch Store.
